A writ of error was sued out of this court to review the record in this case in the circuit court of Lake county, to which the cause was transferred by change of venue from the circuit court of Cook county. The defendants in error filed their bill of complaint in the latter court on February 3, 1926. They were riparian owners of lands on Flynn (or Flint) creek, and sought a permanent injunction against the village of Barrington, plaintiff in error, to prevent it from discharging sewage and the efflux from its sewage treatment plant into the creek above their premises.
