Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered January 10,1979, convicting him of four counts of criminal contempt in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. (The appeal was transferred to this court by order of the Appellate Division, First Department, dated Feb. 21,1980.) Judgment affirmed. This case is remitted to the Supreme Court, New York County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5).
