This is a suit brought by Kathryn Clark against Richard Hasselquist, Raymond Gray and Edward Keegan to recover damages for injuries which she sustained when the automobile in which she was riding as a guest of Hasselquist came into a collision with an automobile of the defendants Gray and Keegan. The complaint consisted of one count and among other things charged that the automobile in which the plaintiff was riding as a guest on August 8, 1937 was being driven east by Hasselquist on U. S.
