OPINION AND ORDER

JONES, Chief Judge.

In this products liability case, I will deny the plaintiffs request to amend its complaint to assert a claim against the parent corporation of the seller of the mining equipment in question. In addition, because the plaintiff concedes that it has no claim against a sister corporation of the seller, I will grant summary judgment in favor of that defendant.
