This appeal is taken from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court reversing an order issued by an administrative-law judge of the Alabama Department of Revenue (“the Department”) that upheld an assessment of state and certain local1 use taxes against Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc. *404(“the taxpayer”), as to its wholesale purchase of peanuts consumed by customers at several restaurants operated by the taxpayer in Alabama.
