This is an appeal from an order and judgment of the district court of Marshall county vacating a previous order of the county court of Marshall county with reference to the guardianship of Margaret V. Higginbottom. The facts as disclosed by the record are that Mrs. Higgin-bottom had been, at some time prior to September 1925, adjudged to be an insane person, and was at that time confined to the state institution for the insane at Norman, Okla.
