ROBERTSON, Judge.

The Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) appeals from the trial court’s judgment that the ABC’s decision to deny the renewal of eight beer, liquor, and wine drugstore dealer permits, held by Oseo Drug, Inc., (Oseo) was contrary to law. We find no reversible error.
