Plaintiffs Kevin Cornwell (“Cornwell”), John M. Grady (“Grady”), and Louisiana Municipal Police Employees Retirement Systems (“LAMPERS”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed a Second Amended Class Action Complaint dated March 10, 2010 (the “Complaint”), naming as defendants Credit Suisse Global (“CSG”), Brady W.
