The defendants, James D. Cole, Sr., and James D. Cole, Jr., appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of their petition to set aside their convictions for solicitation (to commit murder). We affirm.

In 1980, the defendants were convicted by a jury of solicitation (to commit murder). The indictment charged that the defendants encouraged William Haley, a special agent for the Illinois Department of Law Enforcement, to murder attorney Robert H. Jones.
