This action of ejectment was for a strip of land two and one-half feet wide and about 135 feet deep. As shown by the writ, the dispute is over the division line between lots No. 3 and No. 4 in block 98 of the Lackawanna Iron and Coal Company’s plot of the city of Scranton. The paper titles under which the parties respectively claim were derived from the Lackawanna Iron and Coal Company in 1864, and in their inception the plaintiffs’ lot was described, in part, as lot No. 4 in block No. 98 of the Lackawanna Iron and Coal Company’s plot of lots, and the defendant’s lot as…
