Pending before the Court is “Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Amend.” (Dkt. No. 3). After review of the motion, the governing law, and the facts of this case, the Court DENIES the motion.
I. BACKGROUND
On November 13, 2009, Plaintiff filed the underlying medical negligence cause of action against Defendant Philip Holzknecht, M.D. (“Dr. Holzknecht”) in the 111th Judicial District Court of Webb County, Texas.
