This appeal is prosecuted from an order of the District Court granting the writ of injunction upon the following petition:

“C. W. Littlefield v. W. Hogue et al. No. 3802.
“In the District Court of Palo Pinto County, Texas, September term, 1909.
“How comes C. W. Littlefield, plaintiff in the above-styled and numbered cause, and shows to the court that W. J. Hogue and J. A. Lucas and C. W. McKinney and Edward T. Harrison, receiver for the Union Live Stock Insurance Company, who reside in Dallas County, Texas, are the defendants in said cause.
