At the outset, we note that defendants’ assignments of error, as set forth in the record, fail to comply with Rule 10(c), Rules of Appellate Procedure. Rule 10(c) provides, in part:
The exceptions upon which a party intends to rely shall be indicated by setting out at the conclusion of the record on appeal assignments of error based upon such exceptions.
