Lin this civil service case, the defendant/appellant, the New Orleans Police Department (“NOPD”), appeals the August 17, 2015 decision of the Civil Service Commission (“CSC”) vacating the discipline imposed against the plaintiff/appel-lee, Jeremy Wilcox (“Officer Wilcox”), an employee of the NOPD classified as a'Police Officer I, and restoring Officer Wilcox to his former position with all back pay and emoluments.
