Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (McCann, J.), rendered December 12, 2006, convicting him of robbery in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s contention that his convictions of robbery in the third degree were not supported by legally sufficient evidence is unpreserved for appellate review (see CPL 470.05 [2]; *743People v Hawkins, 11 NY3d 484 [2008]).
