An appeal from an Oklahoma County case (Number 49,437) and a Woodward County case (Number 49,248) with the appellants from both cases objecting to the jurisdiction of the respective courts.
On October 13, 1975, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Randall of Mooreland, Oklahoma, were killed in an automobile accident in Woodward County, Oklahoma. Three of their children, Lisa Gail Randall, Joseph Lawrence Randall, Jr., and Delbert Randall, all minors, were passengers in the automobile.
