The defendants, Gilbert and Margaret Gelhaus, appeal from the judgment of the district court awarding the plaintiff, W.C. Maisel, damages and injunctive relief against the defendants resulting from a dispute over drainage of water near the parties’ common boundary. The district court additionally dismissed the Gelhauses’ counterclaim against Maisel. On appeal, the Gelhauses challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to demonstrate that their actions had caused drainage problems while Maisel’s actions had not.
