Joseph Fina has been indicted, charged with grand larceny in the first degree by extortion, bribe receiving in the second degree, three counts of official misconduct, grand larceny in the third degree, criminal sale of marihuana in the fifth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, and unlawfully disposing of a weapon. It is alleged that the defendant, a police officer, acting together with another, stole a gun and money by threatening the owner with arrest if he did not turn the said property over to them.
