WOOD, Chief Judge.

Branko Bogdanov pleaded guilty to two criminal counts stemming from his family’s multi-million dollar shoplifting scheme: one count for conspiring to transport stolen goods in interstate commerce, 18 U.S.C. § 2314, and one" count for a substantive violation of the same law. The district court sentenced him to 48 months’ imprisonment and entered a preliminary order of forfeiture in the amount of $2.8 million. Bogdanov now challenges both the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the forfeiture order and the total loss amount that supported his advisory sentencing guidelines…
