MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Norwest Bank — Jamestown filed with the Court on June 19, 1984, an objection to the exemptions claimed by the Debtors in the above-entitled bankruptcy proceeding. The Debtors filed their response to the Bank’s objection, requesting that the objection be dismissed for lack of proper service or, in the alternative, that the Court determine that the exemption claims were allowable.
