Johnson, Judge:

The merchandise in question in this action, consists of certain pottery imported from Mexico. Duty was assessed *141thereon under the provisions of paragraph 211 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the trade agreement with Mexico, T. D. 60797, providing, so far as: applicable, as follows:
