The Surrogate.

The probate of the will of Ann Bedell is resisted on the ground that it was not duly executed according to the provisions of the Revised Statutes, and also for the reason that Mrs Ladoux, daughter of the testatrix, exercised undue influence over her mother in the making of the will. The testimony of the two witnesses to the will is widely apart as to what took place at the time of the execution of *330the will. Edwin C.
