MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON CROSS MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

I. INTRODUCTION

This opinion addresses the propriety of a summary judgment of non-dischargeability in favor of Defendant, Judy A. éuseo, in connection with a Connecticut Superior Court divorce decree awarding her k one-half interest in her former husband’s Disability Pension. The total monetary amount ($345.48) due weekly to the Defendant from the Plaintiff pursuant to the divorce decree is not in dispute.
