In each of the above three cases Quicken Loans, Inc. ("Quicken") has filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Notices of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses and Charges ("Withdrawal") by which it seeks to withdraw a Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses, and Charges ("Notice") filed previously in the case pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3002.1(c) . Because all three cases present the same issues, they will be addressed collectively in this Order.
