BERGER, Judge.
Kane & Silverman, P.C., ("Defendant Firm") and Howard Silverman ("Defendant") (collectively, "Defendants") appeal from an order denying their motion to dismiss entered December 21, 2015, and from a final judgment entered January 17, 2017 (the "Final Judgment"). Defendants argue that the trial court had no personal jurisdiction over them and erred when it denied Defendants' motion to dismiss. Also, Defendants assert that the trial court's conclusion of law that an enforceable fee-division agreement existed between the parties was unsupported by its findings of fact. We disagree…
