The action is case for the recovery of damages alleged to have been caused by the defendants’ negligence. At the close of the evidence, the defendants moved for a verdict, for that the plaintiff’s negligence contributed to the injury, and because no negligence on the part of the defendants was shown. The motion was denied, and the defendants excepted. The plaintiff, when eighteen years of age, was employed by the defendants to work in their pulp mill.
