This adversary proceeding is before the Court on allegations of a violation of the 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) stay and the 11 U.S.C. § 524(a) discharge injunction by the plaintiff and debtor, Benjamin Charles Gecy (“Gecy” or “Plaintiff’). Jurisdiction for this proceeding is premised upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(a). Venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. § 1409. This adversary pro*514ceeding is a core proceeding. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(0).
