MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LAMBERTH, District Judge.

This matter comes before the .Court on the defendants’ Motion [2832] to Strike Plaintiffs■’ Notice of Supplemental Infor- motion in Support of Plaintiffs’ Renewed Request for Emergency Status Conference. Upon consideration of the defendants’ motion, the opposition thereto, the reply, the applicable law, and the entire record herein, the Court concludes that the defendants’ motion will be denied.
