This Court has received two separate appeals by H. Beth Sears, guardian ad litem for Richard O., Jr., and Kimberly O., 1 from two orders of the Circuit Court of Roane County dismissing abuse and neglect petitions based upon the lower court’s conclusion that the allegations of sexual abuse were unfounded. This Court has consolidated the two appeals for consideration in this opinion.
