This is a will contest involving the title to real estate. The sole 'issue presented .was whether the signatures of the testator and the witnesses' to the .will were .their actual and genuine signatures. T}ie- yer-*307diet and judgment was against the validity-of the will. Proponent' has appealed and contends that the verdict is' not supported by any substantial evidence and that the court erred in the admission and exclusion of certain evidence.
