MONTEITH, Chief Justice.
This suit was brought by appellees, T. J. Kemper and wife, Carmleet Kemper, to cancel a mineral deed conveying an undivided one-half interest in 80 acres of land out of the W. H. Martin Survey in Trinity County, Texas, to appellants, Texas Osage Co-operative Royalty Pool and Flag Oil Company, and to remove cloud from ap-pellees’ title thereto.
