¶ 1. The Department for Children and Families (DCF) appeals the family court’s November 9, 2005 order denying DCF’s petition to terminate the residual parental rights of mother and father with respect to the four youngest of their seven children. The eldest of the four children who are subject to the family court’s order joins the brief filed by the parents, while the other three children join the brief filed by DCF. We reverse the family court’s order based on our determination that the court’s findings and conclusions, which are supported by the evidence, mandate termination of parental…
