Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (the “Authority”) appeals an award to appellees of business damages in this eminent domain action.

In 1979 the Authority filed a petition in eminent domain and a declaration of taking to condemn certain parcels of appellees’ property as rights-of-way for construction of the Tampa-South Crosstown Expressway. Appellee Campoamor Modern Feed, Inc. filed responsive pleadings and claimed business damages.
