The record brought here by this writ discloses a judgment of the Warren Common Pleas in favor of defendant and against prosecutor, on an appeal from a like judgment in an action of debt in the court for the trial of small causes.
The reasons filed assail the judgment, not for any error appearing in the record, but on the ground that there was no evidence to support it.
