The appellees Henry Grenemeier and Mollie Grenemeier, doing business as Grenemeier’s Liquor Store, filed an application before the appellee Nebraska Liquor Control Commission, hereinafter called the' commission, for a package liquor store license to be located in the Meadowlane Shopping Center at 836 North Seventieth Street in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Grenemeier’s Inc. filed an application with the commission for a retail license for a beer off sale establishment in the same center at 832 North Seventieth Street in said city.
