Astghik Kechichian, a native and citizen of Armenia, petitions for review of a final order of removal of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). The BIA agreed with the finding of the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) that Kechichian is not entitled to withholding of removal because she has not shown that it is more likely than not she would be persecuted were she to return to Armenia.
