On April 12, 1932, a primary election was held in the city of Chicago in accordance with the provisions of the Primary Election act. Among other candidates that were nominated at this primary election were twelve for associate judges of the municipal court of Chicago by each political party. Fifty-seven persons filed nominating petitions as candidates for such offices on the Republican ticket, and the names of these candidates were printed on the Republican ballots in the city of Chicago at the primary election.
