The respondent, Heather B., appeals from a decree entered in the Family Court that terminated her parental rights with respect to her son, Joziah B., who was born on March 1, 2008. This case came before the Supreme Court on February 27, 2019, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
