¶ 1 Appellant, Bruce Conway Stewart, Jr., was tried by jury and convicted of Driving a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Drugs (Count 1) 47 O.S.8upp.2018, § 11-902(A)(4), After Two or More Felony Convie-tions, and Driving With License Suspended (Count 4) 47 0.8.2011, § 6-808, in the District Court of Custer County, Case Number CF-2014-256.1 The jury recommended 'as punishment imprisonment for twenty (20) years and a $5,000.00 fine in Count 1 and incarceration in the county jail for one (1) year and a $500.00 fine in Count 4.
