In an action for injunctive relief under 42 USC § 1983, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Durante, J.), entered November 15, 1988, which denied their motion to dismiss the complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the complaint is dismissed.
