Statement of the Case.
MONROE, J.
It appears, from the petition and returns herein,' that the state brought suit to forfeit the charter of the defendant company, alleging that the company was doing business without a license and without paid-up capital, as required by law, and that it caused a preliminary injunction to issue, and a writ of sequestration under which the assets of the company were seized by the sheriff.
