OPINION
SNYDER, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
Betty J. Karan and Marjorie A. Mitchell, employees of Nabisco, Inc. at its Pittsburgh Bakery, have brought suit against Nabisco alleging sex discrimination in employment in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, 43 P.S. §§ 951-63. They have moved the Court, in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(c)(1), to determine that they may maintain the suit as a Rule 23(b)(2) class action, representing all female employees and job applicants at all of Nabisco’s over 300 facilities.1…
