This controversy arises in the context of a contract for furnishing materials to a United States government project in Dade County, Florida. The plaintiff and counter- defendant, Bob Young, Inc., 1 seeks reversal of the trial court’s judgment, which: (a) awarded $17,364.82 to Vulcan Materials Company, the defendant and counterplaintiff; and (b) denied Young recovery against Vulcan on its breach of contract claims.
