We have before us a motion to strike off plaintiff’s amended statement of claim. Upon this motion a rule was granted upon the plaintiff to show cause why the amended statement of claim should not be stricken from the record, which was returnable in 10 days, all proceedings stayed in the meantime. A motion was made by the plaintiff to strike off the defendant’s motion to strike off plaintiff’s amended statement of claim.
