HADDEN, Justice.

Appellant Zedric Miller (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction of the offense of aggravated assault. A jury convicted Appellant and assessed his punishment at twenty years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional Division. In issue one, Appellant contends that the trial court erred in allowing the State to elicit testimony regarding a prior incident involving Appellant and the victim in this case.
