SAVAGE, District Judge.

In this action brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”) to recover long term disability benefits, the plaintiff contends that the defendant’s termination of her benefits was unreasonable, arbitrary and capricious because her multiple, sclerosis prevents her from performing her job.
