In this diversity case, appellant Michigan Tech Fund (“Fund”) sued appellees (1) Century National Bank of Broward (“Century”), as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Oliver Walter Johnson, deceased, and as the Trustee under the trusts created by the Last Will and Testament of Oliver Walter Johnson, and (2) Margaret M. Johnson, Mr. Johnson’s widow.
