1. According to the view we take of the questions made in this case, it is unnecessary for us to determine whether in Georgia a sleeping-car company should be held to the same degree of diligence as is imposed upon an innkeeper, nor whether it shall be adjudged to be a common carrier; nor is it necessary specially to define its appropriate position among that class of persons denominated bailees for hire.
