GOODWYN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Geneva County, in Equity, overruling demurrer to a bill of complaint to have a resulting trust in land decreed in favor of complainants, appellees here.

In substance, the case made by the bill is as follows: That complainant Ellen McGowan and her husband, William Joseph McGowan, now 'deceased, were, on and prior to May 19, 1951, renting and living on the property here involved; that bn said date the said McGowans entered into a verbal agreement with respondents, Odia Bostic and Porter Bostic, whereby the respondents…
