On March 24, 2014, the defendant was arrested based upon allegations that he broke into a stolen van belonging to a plumbing company and removed tools. For these actions, Kings County indictment No. 2423-2014 charges the defendant with the following felonies: burglary in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third and fourth degrees, grand larceny in the third and fourth degrees, and criminal mischief in the third degree.
